Halo Effect เป็นการมอง
คุณลักษณะบางอย่างของคน ๆ นั้น แล้วสรุปว่าคน ๆ
นั้นจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติด้านอื่นเป็นไปในแนวทางนั้นด้วย เช่น
คนที่มาทำงานเร็วจะต้องทำงานเก่ง
หรือคนที่แต่งกายไม่เรียบร้อยจะไม่มีความรับผิดชอบ เป็นต้น…
Stereotyping
เป็นการเหมารวมว่าคนในกลุ่มนั้นกลุ่มนี้ต้องมีลักษณะต่าง ๆ เหมือนกันหมด
เช่น คนที่จบจากสถาบันการศึกษานี้จะต้องเก่งทุกคน
หรือคนที่เรียนจบจากเมืองนอกจะต้องเก่งกว่าคนที่เรียนจบในเมืองไทย
เป็นต้น…
Selective Perception
เรามักจะเลือกที่จะรับรู้แค่บางสิ่งบางอย่างหรือเลือกที่จะไม่รับรู้ในบาง
สิ่งบางอย่าง เนื่องจากความสามารถในการประเมินผลของคนเรามีจำกัด
เรื่องนี้เห็นได้จากที่หัวหน้าไม่ได้ไปคลุกคลีกับการทำงานหน้างาน
นั่งประเมินผลการทำงานที่โต๊ะ ผลการประเมินจึงอาจผิดพลาดจากความเป็นจริง…
Projection
เป็นการเอาคุณสมบัติของตนเองไปประเมินเปรียบเทียบกับบุคคลอื่นและมักจะมอง
ว่าถ้าเป็นเรา เราจะทำอย่างนี้แล้วทำไมคนอื่นไม่ทำอย่างเราบ้าง ทั้ง ๆ
ที่แต่ละคนย่อมมีความแตกต่างกัน
จะให้มาทำอะไรเหมือนเราทุกอย่างย่อมเป็นไปไม่ได้ เช่น
หัวหน้ามักจะบอกกับลูกน้องว่า ถ้าผมเป็นคุณจะทำอย่างนี้
หรือถ้าผมเป็นคุณผมจะไม่ทำอย่างนั้น เป็นต้น…
Contrast Effect
เป็นเรื่องของการตัดสินหรือประเมินบุคคลโดยตัวเราขาดอิสระในการประเมิน
เรามักจะใช้บุคคลหรือสถานการณ์ที่เราคุ้นเคยหรือเพิ่งผ่านไป
มาอิทธิพลในการประเมินเสมอ ๆ
ความลำเอียงหรืออคติในลักษณะนี้เห็นได้ชัดในเรื่องของการสัมภาษณ์
เรามักจะเปรียบเทียบคนที่เรากำลังสัมภาษณ์อยู่กันคนที่เราเพิ่งสัมภาษณ์ผ่าน
